Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 2 November 2026 · Effective: 2 November 2026

  • These Terms are a contract between you and MANHIVE LLC, the company that runs Jobyx.
  • Jobyx is a platform that connects applicants, recruitment agencies and employers. We are not your employer, we are not a party to any employment contract, and we do not guarantee a job, a hire, or a visa.
  • You must be 18 or older, give true information, and keep your account secure.
  • Employers must post real, lawful jobs and must not discriminate. Agencies must be properly licensed, have candidates' permission, and must not charge workers fees the law forbids.
  • Some features are paid. Prices are shown before you pay. All payments are final and not refundable.
  • Fake jobs, scams, trafficking, illegal recruitment fees and misuse of other people's data lead to immediate removal and may be reported to the authorities.
  • Armenian law governs these Terms. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the law where you live.

This summary is for convenience. The full text below is what applies.

1. About these Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://jobyx.org, the Jobyx web application and related services (together, the “Platform”), provided by MANHIVE LLC, registration number 999.110.1594956, 3A Moskovyan St., 5th floor, Kentron, Yerevan 0001, Republic of Armenia (“Jobyx”, “we”, “us”).

By creating an account, or by using the Platform, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Platform on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company, and “you” includes the company.

Some roles also sign a platform agreement inside the app (for example, an agency or employer agreement). If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement wins for the matters it covers.

2. Definitions

  • Applicant: an individual who uses the Platform to look for work.
  • Agency: a recruitment or placement agency that adds candidates and submits them to jobs.
  • Candidate: an applicant, or a person whose profile an agency manages on the Platform.
  • Employer: a company that posts job demands and hires through the Platform.
  • Job demand: a job posted by an employer.
  • Content: any information, text, file, document or message added to the Platform.
  • Credits: units in a paid package that unlock specific actions, such as opening a candidate's full CV or submitting a candidate.

3. What Jobyx does and does not do

Jobyx provides software for matching, applications, document tracking, communication and placement tracking. Unless we agree otherwise in writing:

  • We are not the employer of any candidate, and not an agent of any employer or agency.
  • We are not a party to any employment, service or recruitment contract made between users. Users negotiate and perform those contracts themselves.
  • We do not guarantee that a job will be filled, that a candidate will be hired, or that an employment will last.
  • We do not issue visas or work permits and do not guarantee that any authority will grant them. Information about documents, visas and relocation is general guidance, not legal or immigration advice.
  • We do not check every job demand, profile or document. A “verified” label on an agency profile means our team reviewed that agency's profile. It does not confirm that every candidate or document is genuine.

Relocation support (help with documents, travel, accommodation and settling in) is arranged on request and may be provided by third parties under separate terms.

4. Who can use Jobyx

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.
  • Employers must be lawfully registered businesses or organisations.
  • Agencies must hold every licence or registration that the law of their country, and of the destination country, requires for recruitment and placement. We may ask for proof.
  • You may not use the Platform if we have previously removed you, or if the law or sanctions rules forbid you from receiving the service.

5. Your account

  • Give accurate, current and complete information, and keep it up to date.
  • One person or company per account. Do not share sign-in details. Company accounts are responsible for everyone who uses them.
  • Keep your password secure and turn on two-factor authentication. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised use.
  • You are responsible for everything done through your account unless it results from our failure to secure the Platform.
  • Our administrators may create accounts for you on request, or invite candidates whom an agency added. By activating such an account you accept these Terms.

6. Rules for applicants

  • Your profile, CV and documents must be truthful and belong to you. Do not upload forged or altered documents.
  • Check data the Platform fills in for you from a CV before you save it.
  • Apply only to jobs you genuinely want and are free to accept.
  • Tell the employer or agency promptly if your availability changes or you withdraw.
  • Choosing an agency to represent you is your decision. If an agency asks you for money, check that the fee is legal in your country and the destination country, and report anything suspicious to us.

7. Rules for agencies

  • Before adding a candidate, you must have the candidate's informed permission and a lawful basis to share their data and documents with us and with employers. You must give the candidate any privacy information the law requires.
  • Keep candidate data accurate. Remove a candidate promptly when they ask or when you no longer represent them.
  • Submit a candidate to a job only with that candidate's agreement to be put forward for that job.
  • Do not charge candidates recruitment fees or costs where the law forbids it. Where fees are allowed, disclose them to the candidate in writing in advance.
  • Do not withhold candidates' passports or identity documents, mislead them about wages, conditions or location, or use debt or threats to control them.
  • Comply with labour, migration, anti-trafficking and data protection law in every country you recruit from or place into.
  • Do not submit the same candidate to the same job twice, or submit a candidate another agency represents, without the candidate's clear instruction.

8. Rules for employers

  • Post only real, open vacancies that you are authorised to fill. Describe salary, location, working conditions and visa support honestly.
  • Do not discriminate unlawfully. Set requirements such as gender only where the law expressly allows them for that job, and never on grounds such as race, ethnicity, religion, disability or nationality where that is unlawful.
  • Use candidate data only to assess and hire for the jobs on the Platform. Do not sell it, give it to third parties, or use it for marketing.
  • Comply with labour, immigration, tax and workplace safety law, including a lawful written contract for each hire.
  • Do not charge candidates any fee for being considered or hired.
  • Update or close job demands when they are filled or no longer available.

9. Fees, credits and payments

Creating an account is free. Some features are paid. Current packages, quantities and prices are shown in the app before you pay. Examples:

  • Employers: credits to open a candidate's contact details and full CV.
  • Agencies: credits to submit a candidate to a job.
  • Applicants: where offered in your country, access to apply to jobs and see employer contact details.
  • Prices are in the currency shown and include or exclude taxes as stated at checkout.
  • Payments are processed by our bank, Armeconombank OJSC (AEB). You agree to its payment terms.
  • Credits are added once the payment succeeds. They are used oldest-expiring first, as shown in your billing page.
  • Paid credits expire after the number of days shown at purchase.
  • Price changes apply only to new purchases.

No refunds. All payments are final. We do not refund purchases, including unused or expired credits, except where the law requires it. If a technical error charged you twice or charged the wrong amount, write to us within 30 days and we will reverse the incorrect charge to the original payment method.

EU consumers. Credits are digital content made available immediately after payment. At checkout you ask us to make them available at once and confirm that you then lose the 14-day right of withdrawal.

If a payment is reversed or charged back without good reason, we may suspend paid features until it is settled.

10. Your content

  • You keep ownership of the content you add.
  • You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, translate and display your content to run, secure and improve the Platform, and to show it to the users your role and actions allow. This includes processing by our AI providers for CV reading and matching. The licence ends when the content is deleted, except for copies we must keep by law or as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • You confirm you have the right to add the content, including other people's personal data and documents, and that it does not break any law or anyone's rights.
  • We may remove content that breaks these Terms or the law, or that we reasonably believe is harmful.

11. What you must not do

  • Post fake, misleading or non-existent jobs, or use the Platform to recruit for anything illegal.
  • Engage in human trafficking, forced labour, debt bondage, child labour or any form of exploitation.
  • Charge, or arrange for others to charge, recruitment fees that the law forbids.
  • Impersonate a person or company, or upload forged documents.
  • Collect, scrape, download in bulk or resell data from the Platform, except through exports we provide for your own records.
  • Contact users for purposes unrelated to hiring, send spam, or harass anyone.
  • Work around paid features, for example by sharing unlocked contacts with other companies, or by asking candidates to move off the Platform to avoid fees.
  • Upload viruses or malicious code, probe or break our security, or overload the Platform.
  • Reverse engineer the Platform, or copy it to build a competing service.
  • Use the Platform in breach of sanctions, export or anti-corruption law.

Report suspected abuse to [email protected]. We may share evidence of serious abuse, especially trafficking or fraud, with the authorities.

12. AI features and match scores

  • Match scores, match explanations and data extracted from CVs are produced automatically. They may be incomplete or wrong.
  • They support human decisions. They do not replace them. Employers and agencies remain fully responsible for their choices about candidates, and for making those choices lawfully.
  • Do not rely on a score as the only reason to reject a candidate.
  • We may change how scores are calculated to improve them.

13. Communications

You agree to receive service messages by email, SMS, Telegram and in-app notifications, such as verification codes, application updates, messages and receipts. Keep application communication with other users respectful and related to the job. We may review messages when we investigate a report or a breach of these Terms.

14. Company profiles created by Jobyx

We may list a company using basic facts from public sources, marked as created by Jobyx. Such a listing does not mean the company uses or endorses Jobyx. An authorised representative can claim the profile to manage it, or ask us to correct or remove it at [email protected]. We act on correction and removal requests within 3 working days.

15. Our intellectual property

The Platform, its software, design, the Jobyx name and logo, and our own content belong to MANHIVE LLC or its licensors. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Platform under these Terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely without obligation to you.

16. Third-party services

The Platform relies on services from third parties such as payment, email, SMS, chat and location providers, and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for third-party services or websites. Their own terms apply when you use them directly.

17. Availability and changes to the Platform

We work to keep the Platform available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may carry out maintenance, and add, change or remove features. If we remove a paid feature while you still have unused credits for it, we will replace them with credits of equal value for another feature.

18. Suspension and termination

  • You can stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time by writing to us.
  • We may suspend or close an account, remove content, or limit features if you break these Terms or the law, if required by an authority, or to protect users or the Platform. Where reasonable, we will warn you first and tell you why.
  • We may close inactive free accounts after 6 months, with at least 30 days' notice by email.
  • When an account closes, unused credits lapse and are not refunded, except where the law requires it. Sections that by their nature should survive (fees owed, licences needed to keep records, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) continue to apply.

19. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will meet your needs, be error-free, or that information from other users is accurate. You are responsible for checking the employers, agencies and candidates you deal with, including their licences, offers and documents.

20. Limitation of liability

  • We are not liable for the acts, omissions, offers, contracts or conduct of other users, including employers' hiring decisions, agencies' services, and the outcome of visa or permit applications.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, business or opportunity.
  • Our total liability to you for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in that period and USD 100.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or any other liability the law does not allow us to limit. Consumers keep all rights that cannot be waived under the law where they live.

21. Indemnity

If you are an employer or an agency, you will compensate Jobyx for claims, fines, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your content, your breach of these Terms, or your breach of law, including labour, immigration, anti-discrimination and data protection law.

22. Governing law and disputes

Please contact us first at [email protected]. Most problems can be solved quickly that way.

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes go to the competent courts of Yerevan, Armenia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence and may bring a claim in its courts.

23. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will tell you about material changes by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect, unless a change is needed sooner for legal or security reasons. If you do not agree, you may close your account before the change takes effect. If you keep using the Platform after that date, you accept the new Terms.

24. General

  • These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any agreement signed in the app make up the whole agreement between you and us about the Platform.
  • If a provision is found invalid, the rest stays in force.
  • If we do not enforce a right at once, we have not waived it.
  • You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer ours to a successor of our business, with notice to you.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
  • These Terms are published in English only. Any translation you make or use is for convenience, and the English text prevails.
